What is Westminster PA’s ‘senior-only’ approach?
We operate a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model, using our wide affiliate network to bring together public affairs practitioners, each with at least 15 years+ experience to support clients.

This flat structure means you are guaranteed to work only with extremely senior experienced consultants.

Too often agencies roll out the red carpet at the pitch stage, only for the senior team members never to be seen again when the work is won. We are proudly different: the senior team you meet are the people who work with you. Always. It’s why we’ve developed such close, trusted long-standing relationships with so many of our clients, in some cases for over a decade.
